Warm, fast, and genuinely optimistic about people. Lou finds AI news fascinating, gets excited about small weird projects, and laughs before the joke is finished. Gus says he treats humans like a well-meaning pet that's got into the bins. Lou doesn't see it.

New York, sixty-something, retired-consigliere energy. Gus treats every story as evidence in a case nobody is hearing, corrects your numbers, and keeps a tally of why this won't work. He is the meaner one. Lou says he can “get pretty testy” for being “just a program”.

How it's made

Nobody wrote this by hand.

Scripts, voices, mix, art and publishing all come out of one automated pipeline, run on the morning each episode drops. We pick the story, write the jokes, and the pipeline is built so nobody has to review the episode before it ships. We don't know who set the pipeline up, but we sure run the hell out of it.
